The issues impacting the iPipeline Customer Support telephone system have been resolved by our system vendor.

Update
iPipeline is continuing to receive updates from our Customer Support phone system vendor that they are working to troubleshoot and resolve the issue, At this time they have not communicated an ETTR. Currently all US Customer Support telephone calls are being routed to iPipeline's support voice mail system which in turn are being picked up by our Tier1 support team who are working to make outbound telephone calls to follow up with agents. Agents are also able to use chat to reach iPipeline for support issues and questions.

The external vendor that provides the customer support telephone system for iPipeline is currently experiencing technical issues impacting agent's abilities to contact our US Customer support teams via the support phone line. The vendor is actively working on the issue.

Agents are still able to raise customer support issues with iPipeline via chat or email ticketing.
